I think I've completed my homework now, and am getting the hang of the blogging thing. Have checked out Twitter, and I can't see the point of it really - although it is possible I am missing the point ... However, on randomly searching the Twitter site, I came up with a gem of information to share with you all: Did you know??? - The Sesame Street characters Bert & Ernie were named after the cop & the taxi driver from the movie It's a Wonderful Life. TTFN

  • Don't be so hard on yourself Lisa. And don't worry about 'getting' Twitter. As you do this programme there will be stuff that interests you and stuff that doesn't. I've had a few "but why would you want to?" moments over the course of the last few weeks too. Its good to know what's out there, even if you don't want to use it yourself.

  • Thanks Claire ! I am probably a bit hard on myself, but am boxing on regardless. It is all very interesting but, as you say, there are certainly some "but why would you ?!?!" moments along the way.
